The Café allows students to experience a different side of the culinary world: large scale production. Serving up to a thousand customers a day, students have the opportunity to interact with guests while working in a fast-paced environment.

The Café’s constantly changing menu is perfect for guests looking to shake up their meal routine. A selection of gourmet teas and slow-roasted coffees are available for early risers, with freshly-baked pastries and a hot breakfast menu.
Lunch features include soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps, with a fresh pasta station and hot daily entreé specials, alongside a wide range of cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
The Café’s menu is strongly influenced by trends in the industry, the availability of local and sustainable products, and – of course – student ideas.
