“In Conversation With:” series
Bringing icons and innovators to George Brown College to discuss their work and career, these events offer an intimate interview and conversation with the celebrated guest, followed by a reception featuring recipes from the cookbook and a book signing with the author.
Food & Beverage masterclasses
Visiting master chefs, winemakers, distillers, and brewers present their signature dishes and drinks in one of our state-of-the-art food & beverage theatres. Guests are treated to the secrets behind these delicacies, as well as a guided tasting of the finished product.
Gala banquet dinners
With a special tasting menu curated by a guest winemaker, or dishes prepared by a visiting chef and culinary students, attendees enjoy an exclusive evening of food and drink. Industry leaders from around the world are invited to host these one-off events.
