Bringing icons and innovators to George Brown College to discuss their work and career, these events offer an intimate interview and conversation with the celebrated guest, followed by a reception featuring recipes from the cookbook and a book signing with the author.

Food & Beverage masterclasses

Visiting master chefs, winemakers, distillers, and brewers present their signature dishes and drinks in one of our state-of-the-art food & beverage theatres. Guests are treated to the secrets behind these delicacies, as well as a guided tasting of the finished product.
