George Brown Chef School also recognizes the important influence of international cuisine in our city, our province and our country. Today's consumers are passionate about food, knowledgeable about food culture and eclectic in their tastes. To prepare our students to meet the demands of this sophisticated market, George Brown Chef School offers post-graduate programs in Italian and French cuisine, conducted in partnership with La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana near Parma, Italy, and the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.
