Our Programs
We pride ourselves on delivering first-class full-time education, as well as unique part-time programs for professionals already working in the industry and the food-lovers of the city. Equally important, we also pride ourselves on selecting and hiring the most professional staff in the industry today.
At the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, our programs not only provide our students with the skills of teamwork, leadership, decision-making and critical thinking but a rewarding and professional career-long education with hands on learning and extensive industry involvement.
CHCA works with industry partners in the key sectors of accommodation, food and beverage, tourism services, and events and conferences to offer a range of programs that meet the high demand for skilled graduates.
I believe that applied learning allows our students to gain hands-on experience while working under the guidance of industry experts.
